Insurance

In many cases, an insurance company may be the main source of compensation for an injured party's personal injury damages. For example, in a car accident, the negligent driver's auto insurance may cover the costs of our client's medical bills and automobile or other property damages up to the policy limit. If a client is injured in an auto accident because of the negligence of an uninsured or underinsured driver, then our client's own insurance company may cover the damages caused by the accident. If the insurance company wrongfully denies or undervalues the claim, we will negotiate with the insurer to enforce coverage, or litigate the case as needed.
